Job Description:
Director, Food & Nutrition, Food and Nutritional Services.
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the Food and Nutrition
Services Department. Provides vision and plan for all services, including
quality improvement, patient care, purchasing, production, safety,
sanitation, retail operations, catering oversight and utilization of
personnel resources. Must provide customer service focused leadership.
Experience:
Must process a minimum of Bachelor's of Science
Degree in Dietetics or similar field. Registered Dietitian preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.

Memorial Regional Hospital South, a 280 bed facility located in Hollywood,
Florida is our newest addition to the Memorial Healthcare System. New
