direction of the Quality Manager, directs effective and efficient
sanitation programs that comply with all established company and
regulatory policies and procedures. Ensures continuity of all
sanitation programs across the business units. Serves as the technical
expert in sanitation, allergen control, and GMP's.
Ensure programs are defined,
implemented, and effective for all aspects of Sanitation and Pest
Master Sanitation Schedule - define
appropriate cleaning frequency; based on risk, and ensure compliance to
Cleaning Procedures - verify cleaning
procedures are defined for all equipment on the Master Sanitation Schedule, procedures are followed and are effective.
Chemical controls - Maintain
effective relationship with contracted chemical supplier to ensure controls
for sanitation chemicals to include utilization, testing, inventories,
proper labeling and safety and are compliant with Kraft and regulatory
Pre-operational inspection - ensure
program effectiveness through audits, observations, and trends.
PIC/PEC - define and ensure
compliance to schedule, identify improvement opportunities and resolve
Allergen validations/management -
site subject matter expert on allergen management, including
validations, cleaning procedures, and daily compliance.
Pest management - Oversight and
management of the plant's pest control program, including the in-house
Partner with plant Microbiologist to
manage the swab programs associated with equipment cleaning and

defined programs and corporate/regulatory expectations and drive

provide direction to effected personnel to ensure sanitation activities

training programs, to include safety and quality guidelines.
Keeps abreast of all current and new
