Assurance experience in a food processing company.

the BPF Quality System to maintain BPF’s BRC certification.
the Plant HACCP program.
involved in medium to long-range plans for the QA Dept and TN Plant
Technical Services as it relates to Food Safety and FDA Regulations.
and lead the Technical Services Department through operational planning
to support plant operational goals. Oversee planning and implementation
of Quality Assurance Dept projects.
with R&D in activities within the plant relating to quality research,
quality and process improvements, ingredient quality, formulation,
product specifications, packaging and finished product.
