Food Science: This is a tenure-track position as Assistant/Associate
Professor of Food Science (Ph.D. required in Food Science or related area)
requiring innovative instruction and research skills and demonstrated grant
writing ability. Responsibilities include: teaching undergraduate and
graduate courses in Food Science (Research Methods, Food Chemistry, Food
Ingredient Chemistry, etc.) as well as other courses consistent with program
needs (Nutrition); initiating and conducting research in basic and applied
Food Science, academic and career counseling, directing
undergraduate/graduate student research and serving on various departmental
and university committees. The closing date for this position is July 15,
