FSQA group with restaurant visits to monitor quality or evaluate
product complaints as needed.

· Education: BS in Food Science, Chemistry,
Microbiology, or Biology
Experience: 3 -5 years experience in product
testing, food processing, or food safety related industry is
Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with standard laboratory protocol,
computer skills, and familiarity with a variety of food and packaging
products is recommended
Abilities: Need to be able to manage multiple projects, interact well
with a variety of people, and must be able to learn to prepare food
items to match performance in the PRG system.
