We are offering a great temporary full time opportunity in our Food Safety Quality Assurance Department.


·         Develop evaluation protocol for all critical food, packaging, and supply items for PRG.

·         Develop a supplier matrix to help track supplier performance

·         Assist FSQA group with restaurant visits to monitor quality or evaluate product complaints as needed.

·         Write up results of all product evaluations to provide QA product managers with documentation for supplier feedback.

·         Manage evaluation of all  products in the new supplier approval process

·         Manage outside testing budget to assure that money spent in this area is effective and necessary.


·    Education: BS in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology

·         Experience: 3 -5 years experience in product testing, food processing, or food safety related industry is recommended.

·         Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with standard laboratory protocol, computer skills, and familiarity with a variety of food and packaging products is recommended

·         Abilities: Need to be able to manage multiple projects, interact well with a variety of people, and must be able to learn to prepare food items to match performance in the PRG system.
