Unit Description:

This is not a FOODS position. The Compliance Manager
R&D will create and implement policies and procedures in compliance
with our pharmaceutical client requirements. You must have a broad
understanding of GMP audits, training, CAPA, and all compliance issues.
You will Implement and maintain Sodexo’s Quality Management System,
Consult with our clients to ensure understanding of their regulatory
requirements, Write and maintain SOPS, controlled forms, etc. for site
operations, Develop regulatory compliance training materials including
competency assessments, training reviews, job hazard analyses (JHA’s),
etc., Manage all GxP training records, Perform audits and readiness
assessments, Fully understand and ensure compliance with contract
Service Level Agreement, Create reports and other correspondence
outlining measurements and metrics associated with compliance goals.
Strong financial acumen required. Well versed in all Microsoft office
software; quick study on all other computer applications. You should
have a proven ability in all types of financial contracts including
cost/plus and P&L. This position will be based in the Philadelphia,
PA or Raleigh Durham, North Carolina Region. There’s 10-15% travel
requirement.
