Development of new product formula from a
primary recipe engineering up to the level of mass production test
within 4 months. The job requires all hands on activities of food
product development to be able to meet with the quality goal; sensory,
cost, and microbiological. Also the result of the development should
be able to apply to the existing production line. Also needs to accomplish
a reverse engineering of competitor's product where needed.
Food science or related degree holder
5-10 years or longer experience in food product development (sauces, dips,
pasta experience a plus)
