The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be based in St. Paul, MN and will be responsible for the following:

         provide Environmental Health, Safety & Regulatory support

         develop business processes, tools & systems to support regulatory

         Life Cycle Management and global chemical inventory activities for the growing Food Safety Business.

We seek an experienced and motivated individual to:

         Manage Environmental Health and safety (EHS) regulatory compliance, product life cycle management and product registrations

         Manage data that supports regulatory decisions

         Assess, manage and communicate information regarding chemical/biological risks

         Provide information/communication on EHS issues

         Act as an essential contributing member of the Regulatory and new product teams

         Track, interpret and respond to emerging regulations


Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

         BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Health Science

         Minimum of 3 years combined regulatory, industrial hygiene, and environmental health experience

Preferred Qualifications:

         BS/MS in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Hygiene or equivalent

         Five or more years experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, quality or other related field

         Demonstrated history of accomplishments and contributions supporting product registrations, regulatory approval and/or compliance

         Superb attention to detail and organization

         Demonstrated technical/scientific skills

         Innovative and resourceful approaches to solving complex problems

         Ability to sort through complex situations, work in cross-functional teams and achieve objectives
