headquarters and manufacturing facility, located in Plymouth, Indiana,
produces value added fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of
customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers.
We are looking for a self
motivated Food Scientist / Food Technologist with 1-3 years experience to fit our energetic and growing team.
Responsibilities include the development of new, customer specific, fruit
preparations including cost and quality optimization. This includes all of
the steps from bench top to production. Effective communication and the
ability to work in a team environment are a must.
Must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal
communication skills, decision making ability and attention to detail.
Degree Requirements: Bachelors or Masters
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Food Engineering.
