on-site monitoring and technical assistance to operations when
transferring products or processes to production.

degree in Food Science and 1-2 years experience
performing similar work in the food industry; or an equivalent
combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully
perform the essential duties of the job.
and process experience, knowledge in food science, nutrition, labeling
regulations and ingredient functionality.
computer skills, written and verbal communication skills; effective
interpersonal skills with coworkers and general public.
