Scientist – Baltimore, MD
An Aerotek client is currently hiring
a Food Scientist for its Baltimore, MD location.
The candidate will provide technical service and support to customers and
internal departments such as Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing
and Quality Control as required to generate and maintain sales to
Industrial and Food Service accounts; and train and occasionally provide
guidance to Associate Food Scientists under the direct supervision of the
Supervisor -- Product Development.
The candidate should have experience with the following:
Conducting sensory testing
Mixing/blending spices
Working in a GMP environment
Adhering to company SOPs
Maintaining lab equipment and office inventory
A Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science or a related field is
required.
