Experience in bacterial cultures, microscopic
techniques, cloning and sequencing, and recombinant DNA technology.
Extensive knowledge of specialized lab techniques.
Trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Requires discretion and independent judgment in all
areas of research including choosing methods and strategies and avoiding
loss of valuable research time and resources.
Responsible and accountable for design of lab
Need to be able to delegate and manage day-to-day
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Five years post doctoral experience.
Experience in grant writing and technical
