R&D Manager - Utz Quality Foods,
Inc. – Hanover, PA Utz Quality Foods is now interviewing for a R&D Manager
to support and manage product research & development projects. Individual
will provide technical support to Sales/Marketing department for new product
development and improvement, as well as to Quality Assurance to assure
conformity with formulation and processing specifications and compliance with
state and federal regulations. Qualified candidate will be results-oriented, independent
and creative with a B.S. in Food Technology, Nutrition or Biology, and 5-10
years experience in product development, in combination of both technical and
managerial positions, preferably in the bakery/snack food industry. Knowledge
of food manufacturing and skills in analytical formulas, procedures and
equipment, as well as understanding of regulatory compliance, food labeling
regulations, ingredient functionality and baking/frying equipment required.
