- Assures specifications exist for quality assurance
- Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere
to company standards of integrity and ethics
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a
highly skilled and engaged workforce
- Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and
networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
- Drives costs out of quality systems
- Improves overall customer experience
- Improves quality of end products
- Leads development of supplier food safety practice improvement
- Monitors quality performance in effort to improve overall
product quality
- Provides overall direction for quality assurance in Private
Brands
- Sets strategy for factory quality
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor of Science Degree, 8-10 years experience
in Food retail or manufacturing management; manage a team of 2 or more
Additional Preferred Quailification
Masters degree in food related field
