Relocation Expenses Covered:  


  • Responds to  escalated QA hotline calls regarding foodborne illness, communicable disease, foreign objects, regulatory issues, restaurant emergency procedures, product quality issues, operations procedures/policies – 45%
  • Provides support to the restaurant Food Safety and Quality Programs – 20%
  • Provides support and clarity of the Answer system policy and procedures to operations and RSC – 5%
  • Provides support to the Crisis Management Program - 10%
  • Provides support to operations to develop corrective action plan for restaurants that receive food safety violations ( FSC/ CER/Health Department/Pest Program) - 15%
  • Issues BCN related to food safety and quality - 5%



EDUCATION:  BS or BA in applied science or equivalent  EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): 

  • 2-5 years of R& D and/or food service experience.
  • Understands needs of project/task and is focused on solving problems for restaurant management team and delivering project team needs.
  • Able to write complete reports of findings, deliver accurate data and conclusions
  • Able to effectively interact with other functions, internal and external customers
  • Capable of making prepared presentations; is in command of material and gives logical answers to questions.
  • Able to develop procedures and solve problems
  • Able to establish own priorities within context of project timeline
  • Able to structure and completes simple analyses well and makes recommendations.
  • Has drive for action and getting things done on time; displays high degree of energy.
  • Available at 24/7 to support crisis issues.
