Development of new products and line extensions from bench
top to commercialization for Pilgrim’s CN (child nutrition) category.

Provide technical support for start up
operations in production
·
Formulate cost reduced versions of existing products
·
Assist in the evaluation of new technology and processes
·
Document all testing procedures and prepare recommended
production procedures
·
Interact with other departments such as QA, Production,
Scheduling, Marketing to assure a successful project
·
Under minimal supervision, initiate projects and works on
projects from other sources
