Industry
Specific Knowledge/Experience:
- Relevant experience
of best practice quality and food safety requirements in the food or
retailer industries - Detailed knowledge of the audit criteria/standard
to be used - Minimum of five years management experience in the food
industry
Education:
- Minimum of a
Bachelor's degree in food science or related scientific field -
Successful completion of a Lead Auditor course, preferably against ISO
9001 or ISO 22000 - Qualifications against BRC, SQF, HACCP, or others
preferred
