Scientific Resources currently has an entry level food science position
available at an excellent company in the Twin Cities area.
position the technician will be responsible for prototype development at
the bench, producing product for consumer research, assisting in plant
trials and commercialization. Responsibilities include formulation work,
physical and analytical testing, documentation of experiments and pilot
plant runs, and all mandatory GMP and safety documentation.
B.S. Food Science preferred. Less than three years experience preferred in the food industry.
Candidates must be living in the Twin Cities metro area.
