Food Technologist – McKee Foods Corporation McKee Foods Corporation, manufacturer of America’s number 1

snacks cakes, is looking for a Food Technologist to provide technical
support for our facility in Stuarts Draft, including HACCP and the foreign
material control program. Other
responsibilities include training and supporting of quality process
improvement initiatives as well as staff supervision. The
successful candidate will have: a BS degree in Food Science, Food
Engineering, or a related science field; at least three years experience in a
related position with quality, food safety, or technical baking
responsibilities; computer experience including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Advanced knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and packaging, and
certified HACCP auditor or manager is preferred. Supervisory experience and
knowledge and practical application of MDI principles including; LEAN,
Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc. is a plus. Competitive
