Job Summary
Position support technical development (recipe, process, pack, specs) of
Food Service Americas regional category product .Work and interact with
project team to deliver projects OTIF Work and interact with culinary and
supply chain teams supporting the business need Directs lab technician in
support of lab activity and project support
Responsibilities
Support the W1C & W1B for FS local and regional Projects. Executing
agreed R&D activity at lab scale – developing prototypes, shelf life
testing, and analytical testing.Support R&D
activity relate to scale-up & manufacturing projects.Support
the W1C & W1B’s technical & system responsibility (draft
technical specs using provision and Interspec).
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Food Science or related degree with experience in Lab
,Project development
Knowledge and experience in Food Science field ,Supply Chain awareness
Knowledge/experience in Food Service business preferred
