Senior Food Scientist

Job Summary
Candidate will independently research, conduct experiments, gather data,
develop conclusions and prepare written reports resulting in new/improved
savory products, cost savings and unique technologies against business
needs.
Responsibilities
Candidate will design and implement all technical aspects of projects,
including final product design, specifications, and factory start-up, to
ensure on time, in full delivery. Assesses feasibility of new ideas and
write technical plan for their development. Work on cross functional teams,
representing technical perspective. Adapt to daily challenges and priority
changes within business environment. Demonstrate leadership in approaching
technical solutions to business issues.
Key Requirements
Bachelors in Food Science with 2 to 5 years experience or Masters in Food
Science with 1 to 3 years experience. .Experience in savory foods product
development is a plus. Good oral and written communication skills are
required. 5-15% travel.
