R&D Manager (Food Science/Culinary) – Seattle, WA
Position is responsible for
development of new products from inception to full manufacture, and to
improve manufacturing processes and ingredients for existing products.
Specifically, this position leads all scientific aspects of product
development, including project management of new products, recipe development
and commercialization, prototype development, and management of our client's
subsidiary spice blending operation.
Requirements of the
position include a Masters Degree in Food Science
with broad expertise in proteins. Seafood experience highly desirable, but
will make exception for the right candidate who is a specialist in other
proteins. Successful track record in development of value-added consumer food
products will be given special weight.
