Job Duties:
-
Research
& development and sensory testing of baked products.
-
Benchmark
testing with new and existing ingredients.
-
Work
independently on bench projects.
-
Assist
with personnel and management on scale-up and production of new products
-
Will be
working with Allergen free/gluten free products
Required skills:
-BS Food Science with 3-5 years of experience or MS Food
Science or BS Food Science with good internship experience
-Technically strong in culinary arts with formulation
experience
