To manage the Food Safety training and
certification programs for the entire CROSSMARK Events team. To provide
additional support functions for the CROSSMARK Events operations team to ensure
compliance and adherence to our client’s requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gain in-depth knowledge of
detailed Food Safety programs and requirements in the areas where
CROSSMARK Events operates.
Ensure the CROSSMARK Events
team follows proper food safety handling rules and guidelines when
operating events.
Collaborate with CROSSMARK
Training department on training materials needed to support and enhance
CROSSMARK Events in-store efforts
Create retail communication
tools to enhance team operations.
Develop and execute team
tracking reports as needed
Analyze reported data to
monitor compliance and provide exception results to necessary managers
for training opportunity identification.
Create and provide
documentation for client meetings.
Attend client meetings as
requested.
Other Functions:
Work with Client Service
Manager and Project Administrators in the execution of programs and
carrying out Company policy and procedures.
Cooperate with clients by
coordinating all requests pertinent to the CROSSMARK Events team

Education: College degree
preferred with focus on Food Service a plus or three (3) or more years of
grocery or retail experience.
Experience: Three or more
years of grocery or retail experience recommended and previous training
experience a plus. Knowledge of Food Safety programs would be helpful to
successfully perform the job.

Specialized Knowledge, License, etc:
National Food Safety Certification will be required once hired
Supervisory Responsibility, if any:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Office Environment with periodic in-store time required

primary language skill; however, bilingual skills may be required based on
business necessity.
