Job Description

Directly oversees Food Safety Programs and staff at major cheese producer site. Monitor and facilitate food safety related items, ensuring standards and compliance are met. Responsible for management of company's Sanitation plan, oversee and manage and train food safety staff, maintains a leadership role in training and education of all company employees with regard to food safety and compliance, implements food safety continuous improvements.

MUST HAVE QA/Food safety 5-10 years of experience and the following: B.S. in related science field advanced knowledge of plant technical activities advanced knowledge of warehouse operations extensive HACCP knowledge advanced knowledge of GMP in food or pharma industry
