Quality Assurance Technician for Night Shift - Houston, TX 77007

Medium sized meat and poultry processing company has immediate opening for a computer oriented Quality Assurance Technician. 1 - 3 yrs. working experience in a USDA/FDA/HACCP plant in a quality assurance role preferred but not required. College Degree in Food Science, Meat Science or Related Science, preferred but not required. Shift Hours: 5:00 p.m. until close (4:30 a.m.). Only local candidates will be considered.
