3M Microbiology
develops, manufactures and markets proven, reliable and cost effective
solutions to meet your testing needs.
Solutions
include 3M™ Petrifilm™ Plates, 3M™ Clean-Trace™ Hygiene Monitoring
Systems, 3M™ Tecra™ Pathogen and Toxin kits as well as sample handling,
media and enrichment products.
3M Microbiology
has a need for an experienced sales professional familiar with the food
industry, quality assurance and/or microbiology. This individual would
represent and sell microbiological test methods, hygiene monitoring, and
laboratory supplies to the food and beverage industry. The position
will require approximately 65% travel with overnight stays. In
addition to a strong professional presence, critical thinking and problem
solving skills, the candidate should also have a solid understanding of
microbiology and computers.

Qualifications
Basic/Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required
·
Minimum 3 years of business to business sales
experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
·
BS or Science related degree preferred
·
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience that
includes either technical or food industry sales.
·
Prefer 5 + years of direct B2B Sales experience in
the Food and Beverage industry calling on Microbiology Labs and Plant
Management.
