1. Provide technical support for the growth of
the shelf life program at Clemens Food Group.
A. Assist in the maintenance of all shelf life
samples, test results, studies, and reports; perform data entry for test
results.
B. Conduct shelf life evaluations and cut tests.
C. Manage shelf life days and dates in CFG
software programs.
D. Manage product on Spacewaster.
2. Provide technical support for the growth of
the Outsource Program at CFG
A. Ensure current specifications and vendor
approval documents are maintained on all purchased goods and materials.
B. Maintain Allergen, Gluten, GMO, Country of
Origin and other product information on all purchased goods and materials.
3. Provide technical support for the growth of
USDA and Customer-Required Process Verified Programs at CFG.
4. Manage and report on data generated by the
Food Safety & Quality Assurance Department.
A. Provide FSQA and Operations with SPC
reporting through data generated on FSQA Scorecards; summarize and provide
recommendations regarding the data.
B. Maintain databases and tracking systems for
FSQA data, including the following:
Incident database.
Quality Scorecard database.
SSOP databases.
Hold Report.
Swab and Micro/Chem
result databases.
All database internal forms, reports, and
queries as requested.

Requirements
|
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to
2:00 pm.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Three years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such
as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence.
Must have basic knowledge of computers
including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in micro, statics or food
science preferred.
- Two years experience
in the protein industry.
