Requires a Bachelor's degree in
Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or related field.
At least 5 years quality assurance
and food safety experience in the food industry and 2-5 years of
supervisory or project/process management experience.
Must have experience developing
food safety quality assurance programs (not just executing existing
programs) for Produce.
Must have produce processing
Must have experience creating audit
program, HACCP certifications, writing reports, etc…
Strong technical knowledge and
project management skills. Capable of managing multiple and complex
projects, flexible and a team player.
