BRC/ Quality Systems Compliance Supervisor

- BRC Certification: Manage and maintain BRC standards and
certification. Coordinate with our outside quality consultant. Insure up-to-date knowledge of the
requirements of other third-party auditors such as FDA and Dept of Health
- Quality Systems: Review, verify, file, and maintain
records relating to product safety, regulatory, and quality systems. Address

- HACCP: Complete/update documentation

- 2 + years of quality control experience
in a food manufacturing environment ( preferably bakery)
- Experience in the
implementation and auditing of GFSI/SQF/ BRC standards
in HACCP Plan implementation
ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four
year institution of higher learning preferred
