Local food manufacturing company seeking an experienced Food
Science Tech to work on a 2-3 month project in the Nampa area.
Summary:
Will be responsible to provide chemical and bacteriological laboratory
analysis and lab maintenance. Responsible for the reporting and testing of
antibiotics (CCP's) and phosphate testing as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
At least one year related work experience.
Attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.
Operating knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to analyze, read and write reports, manuals and procedures.
Shift is from 2pm-10:30pm
Thursday thru Monday with 1/2hr lunch
