Quality Control Technician Responsible for maintaining and monitoring company quality standards. This person will maintain quality assurance record retention and quality control standards for on-going quality objectives. Provide and oversee inspection activity for products throughout production cycle.
Skills must include quality orientation and high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication, basic business writing skills and general safety, as well as USDA/HAACP knowledge.
You will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend and move about the facility. Expect exposure to conditions such as damp, cold (34 to 38 degrees) and moving machinery parts. You will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Must be able to work weekends and any shift overtime is mandatory. No direct supervisory responsibilities but you may manage projects and activities related to the quality system.
