Job
Description:
Support
technical relationship with customers and Co-manufacturing sites on
existing products
Obtaining
requested information, problem resolution, and identifying opportunities
for improvement
Supports
all branded and custom product categories for both US and Canada
Reports
to Category QA Manager
Responds
to customer complaints, inquiries and audit requirements relating to
Co-manufacturing sites
Evaluates
new co-packers
Support
product quality/ co-manufacturing failure investigations, define
investigational strategy, determine root cause and implement timely
corrective actions (Using such methods as TPM 5 Why methodology), while
assuring that nonconforming finished goods are reselected (where
applicable) to conform to quality standards.

Job Requirements
Location Requirement: Must be able to work on site at the
Lisle, IL location full time
Work Schedule Requirements: It is required that
you are able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Work Experience Requirement: 5+ year of recent (recent
means within the last 10 months) experience in Quality Assurance
dealing with food
Bachelors degree, preferably in Food Science or related field REQUIRED
Project management and technical software
skills (Excel, Access, SAP, InterSpec, Minitab, SPC, etc.) REQUIRED
