Job Description
CSM Bakery Products, based just outside of Atlanta in Tucker,
GA, manufactures a wide range of bakery products and ingredients for
in-store and foodservice markets as well as artisan and industrial
bakeries. One of the largest bakery manufacturers in North America, CSM

Job Responsibilities:
· Under general
supervision, work on moderately complex projects
· Participate in
developing project objectives.
· Facilitate prototype
development and participates in the conception and development of new
prototypes.
· Scale up of lab
prototypes to pilot and full production scale
· Run laboratory study
based on solid experimental design
· Maintain detail
laboratory records
· Operate and maintain
various analytical devices
· Follow internal
processes for Innovation and New Product Development
· Continuously develop
technical and business skills to advance career
Required Skills
Skills/Work Experience:
· Education in Food
Science or Chemistr
· Knowledge and
application of the experimental method
· Good knowledge of
product development process and methodologies
· Effective problem
solving skills
· Effective
communication skills
· Excellent record
keeping
Required Experience
Education/Skill: BS degree in related discipline preferred or
equivalent work experience. MS Preferred, Minimum 1 to 2 years related
experience.
