scale-up, adapting existing formulas and improvement of existing product
processes according to project requirements and time line. Generates
project proposals, and product development and shelf life reports.
Participates in the development of new product Food Safety/HACCP plan
documentation. Uses nutritional labeling software to maintain
formulas/recipes and generate ingredient statements and nutritional fact
panels. Maintains current and develops new Technical and Production
BS degree (Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Chemistry).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in
Food Technology, beverage development experience ideal
Other Skills or certifications: HACCP Strong project management
skills Handle deadlines in a flexible and positive manner
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Detail oriented
