Position Summary: Work
in the R&D department learning about, developing and improving
formulas and helping maintain the information about formulas on the
shared R&D drive. Work with sales and Dallas labeling helping to
develop and proof labels and other information associated with formulas
produced in Morningstar plants.
Principle
Duties: -
Formulate new products and solve problems associated with current
formulas. Provide technical help to the production department in
reference to formulations.
-Ability
to help maintain and update information on the shared R&D drive and
to generate new information to save on the shared R&D drive
-Ability
to answer questions and fill out forms associated with formula/product
information, both internally and externally.
Decision
Making Authority: -
Determine changes in formulations to achieve a stated goal for the final
product.
