Responsible
for the oversight of key areas of Jamba's Total Quality Management and Store
Food Safety Programs. The scope of this position compasses various
areas including, but not limited to: store unit processes, systems and vendor
management, Jamba's consumer complaint program, specifications development
and HACCP programs. Creates, enforces and
manages product specifications and programs. Responsibilities include
corporate product and microbiological sampling and monitoring programs. Works
cross-functionally to manage vendor and distribution center management
programs. Contributes to external auditing program with vendors and
distribution centers and store units. Contributes to screening of all Jamba
potential and existing vendors through the existing vendor management
program. Enforces and supports all corporate quality assurance programs/best
practices for the store units. Authors and implements best practices
procedures around product launches and marketing campaigns. Manages Customer
Service, Consumer Complaint and Jamba Store Incident Quality & Food
Safety Programs. Responsible for technical support with quality, public
health and food safety issues. Assist with the training of store team members
on food safety protocols and procedures. Team with operations to draft and
issue effective store communication pertaining to food safety and quality. Develop
food handling SOPs to ensure food safety and product quality. Successful
management and communication around various programs including: vendors,
distribution centers and customer service and Jamba corporate quality
programs. Â Qualified candidates must possess excellent communication,
cross-functional and computer skills with a sound foundation in sensory
analysis and food technology.
Microbiology

requirements QSR Operations Bachelor's
degree in Food Science, or applicable science. Minimum of 5-10 years of
experience in Quality Assurance, and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory
