This position will
manage product development efforts for the LEAN CUISINE® brand. This will
involve working with internal and external resources (including
co-manufacturers) to execute project activity. This role will also develop
and execute strategic direction for the brands and manage R&D strategy
and project activity in the area of casual eating, microwave and dough
based products. Responsibilities include:
Develop and launch new products, ingredients or
processes of high priority to the business in a timely manner.
Manage resources and work with internal partners to
develop and execute key strategic platforms.
Identify and execute technical functionality.
Lead team to achieve project objectives.
Work with internal manufacturing, co packers or suppliers
to effectively commercialize new products and processes.
Manage PD resources to assure project timing is
Coach and develop team members.
BS / MS in Food Science or related field
Minimum of 10 years food industry experience (product
ability to successfully identify, develop and launch new products.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with different organizational levels.
Proven ability to lead and work within team environments to
Strong interpersonal skills.
Focused on proactive resolution and ability to adapt quickly
Ability to independently and actively manage multiple
projects with significant level of complexity.
