Position Overview:
The Food Safety
Quality Assurance Specialist is a member of Reinhart’s Quality Department
located in La Crosse, WI. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring
food safety and quality standards for facilities and products are met. This
position provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to a key function at
Reinhart and grow within our organization.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing
and auditing Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Sanitation Operating
Procedures, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, Global Food Safety
Initiatives and food defense plans. This includes possessing the skills to
perform the functions listed below while continuing to maintain structure and
consistency within the department.
