Job Description

Leads high-profile and globally recognized food and agriculture business incubation program at Rutgers University. Provides leadership and management of operations, marketing, personnel and finances. Interacts with diversity of small to large food companies seeking to utilize the business and technical programs and facilities.

 

Requirements:

Requires master’s degree in business, food science, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have at least seven years senior level experience in various aspects of the food business. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to a team approach, and a proven ability in organization development and management.
