EcoSure is a division
of Ecolab and is seeking Field Specialists in Carbondale. In our primary
service, Food Safety Inspections, EcoSure partners
with some of the largest restaurant, hotel and other foodservice chains in
North America to enhance performance in food safety through evaluation,
coaching and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
Field Specialists perform a wide variety of objective 3rd party
quality assurance services, contributing to a safer environment for
consumers, employees and children.
In addition to Food Safety Evaluations, we also perform:
- Product Quality Evaluations
- Workplace Safety Evaluations
- Playground Safety Audits
- ServSafe® training classes to
management and staff
- Brand Standards Audits
EcoSure will provide
paid training to give you the skills needed for these opportunities. Field
Specialists work as independent contractors and manage their own part time
schedules.
Position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food
Science, Environmental Health, Nutrition or related field
Preferred
Qualifications:
- ServSafe or HACCP Certification
