Title: Product Development,
Manager (NEW POSITION ... NO DIRECT REPORTS) Looking for a
Chemist or Food Scientists from the food, beverage or flavor development
industry.
Responsibility: Drive and execute global product expansions assist in brand
strategies for manufactured goods.
Support efforts defining product specifications, market studies and
advancing or developing technologies impacting new product
introductions/regulatory compliance standards.
·Identifies and analyzes product opportunities relating
to business objectives (from manufacturing, marketing and consumer features
/functionality)
·Leads R&D initiatives tied to the generation,
implementation and testing of new products at various phases in the
development process
·Manages all aspects of projects ensuring deliverables are
on-time, on –target, within budget and meeting consumer expectations.
·Participates in Marketing reviews for product enhancements or
new product implementations, setting up materials in SAP Develops strategic
plans for the direction and quality control of product development
activities
· Prefer candidates experience with product
development for: Food, Beverage, Flavor
Development.)
Education &
Experience:
·BS degree in Science
·Minimum 5 years experience in
R&D or Manufacturing Production environment
·Proficient in Microsoft Applications and SAP computer
operations
