One of our Clients located in Erie, PA has an immediate, Direct Hire
opportunity for a Laboratory Food Science Manager.
Job Description:
This position involves all aspects of running the Food Science Laboratory.
It also involves visiting client sites and identifying potential problems.
This position involves a great amount of customer service. Some travel will
be required.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have a BS in Chemistry or Biology. A degree in Food Science would be a
plus. Must have experience in a Food Science lab. Must have a working
knowledge of HACCP. Experience with ISO 17025 is considered a plus.
Experience with testing and inspection is a must. The incumbent will
possess strong skill working with the Microsoft Office Suite and have the
ability to deal and communicate clearly with clients.
Client has implemented the following guidelines:
1. As this is a direct hire contract assignment, the client may assist in
relocation.
2. You must have the correct documentation to work in the United States for
any employer.
3. Employment is contingent upon successfully clearing a criminal
background check and successfully passing a drug screen.
