Development Analyst
We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill the Product
Development Analyst role at our Foxtail Foods plant in Cincinnati, OH, who
would be responsible for the recommendation, development, and
administration of research projects concerned with new and modified
products and processes in the bakery foods industry.
Candidates must have strong organizational and time management skills,
attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and maintain multiple
projects simultaneously, exemplary customer service and problem-solving
skills, proven integrity in maintaining confidential issues and excellent
communication skills (verbal and written). An AS degree in Food Science or
related field, formal culinary training, certification or equivalent
experience is required. Also, candidates must have five or more years in a
food product development and research in a fast paced high quality bakery
goods manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Perform in-house testing to develop formulations that meet regulatory,
marketing and manufacturing requirements.
• Implement new product strategies and policies that support marketing, and
sales objectives and programs.
• Complete special project assignments and manage nutritional related
programs. Participate in the development of manufacturing processes to
achieve product integrity requirements.
• Participate in the manufacture of products to ensure adherence to
specifications and quality standard. Will troubleshoot and develop product
specifications to resolve any product issue to achieve 100% customer
satisfaction.
