Join the staff of a international food supply company headquartered in West Conshohocken, PA .  This newly created position reports to the Senior Manager of Laboratory and Technical Services.

 

Data Entry, analysis reporting preparations and notification of results

 

Prepare monthly reports for analysis

 

Aid in follow ups and corrective actions from the data

 

Monitoring information

 

Coordinate paperwork between test labs and plant.  Aid in follow ups between plants and labs.

 

Conduct training as needed in basic environmental problems and other areas.

 

Assist in conducting microbiological studies in meat processing facilities.

 

Liaison with other departments and company customers.

 

 

Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Science or Microbiology.

 

Willing to Travel 20% Domestic Travel 2 days maximum

 

1- 4 years experience in the food industry preferred.

 

Basic Skills in Microbiology

 

Excellent computer skills

 

Analytical approach to problem solving
