Product Development Specialist for Food Safety
The Product
Development Specialist will develop new products and technologies for
microbial testing in food and beverages. Develop and optimize test methods
to support 3M Food Safety's new and commercialized product platforms.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
·
3 or more years experience
in Molecular Detection Technology
·
PhD in Molecular Biology, Food Science and another
related science discipline
Preferred Qualitfications
·
1 or more years experience
in commercializing new technologies or new products for pathogen detection
in foods
·
Strong oral and written communication skills
·
Strong problem solving skills
·
Ability to think strategically and lead technical
teams
·
Proven technical and intellectual property acumen
