Quality Assurance Supervisor for their top-notch organization.

Client operates
five (5) baking lines and 14 packing lines across three shifts in a
200,000 sq. ft. facility to manufacture over 120
SKUs. They have earned the highest rating in food
safety and sanitation awarded by 3rd party auditors over
the last two years.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all QA and Sanitation employees
- Execution of Sanitation schedules on a daily, weekly and
structural basis
- Quality Audits to ensure products meet published
specifications
- Assure compliance with Food Safety, HAACP, Allergen and
Organic requirements consistent with all government regulations
and with Food Safety Rating of Superior.
- Support team initiatives in the area of Quality, Safety,
Service, Cost, and New Product Development.
- Technical liaison for consumer, regulatory, and kosher
communications.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years experience supervising QA in a food
manufacturing environment.
- B.S. in Food Science or comparable degree.
- Working knowledge of TQM.
