Will coordinate and manage all test and other activities within the science
labs to support product launches and meet respective development schedules
and coordinate and maintain data logs for all lab tests. Will develop
schedules and prioritize work for others in relation to goals and project
objectives. Will provide leadership and support for building relationships
with outside publications and consumer media and will make frequent
presentations to them as well as to internal management. Must have a
Bachelors degree in Science and at least 5 years experience in science
labs, setting and maximizing key metrics for cooking products performances
to support product launches for new products. Experience may be related to
either equipment or the preparation of food itself. Must be able to manage
others and be strong in presentations to management and to publications.
