Job Description
·Collect and review audits of suppliers. Implement
corrective actions.
·Interact with suppliers to complete information required to
be on iCiX.
·Perform iCiX administration for our plants. This
includes additions and deletions of facilities personnel, additions and
deletions of suppliers, and information reports.
·Conduct product reviews which include arrangements to bring
in samples, prepare blind panel, and prepare report from panel.
·Maintain lab in supplies and cleanliness.
·Support certain national accounts with product approvals and
various responses to inquiries.
·Provide technical support to Procurement for ingredient
specifications and approvals.
·Organize and maintain information by major customer for
plants that supply the customer, products, package sizes, and labels.
Formula information and ingredient statements for major customers shall be
maintained on the “Dean Database”.
·Policy Manual maintenance as directed.
·Interact with large customer’s R&D staffs during product
development.
·Manage the Kosher activities for the Dairy group through
Digital Kosher.
