Job Description :
Jack’s R&D and Innovation team is seeking an individual
that is able to provide vision and strategic leadership as the Director of
Research and Development of Food Innovation. This unique and exciting role
will have oversight of all new product development and culinary innovation.
In this role you will work with a variety of internal and
external business partners to identify innovative concepts and ideas to
enhance the Jack in the Box competitive status in the industry. You will
work on new product development from ideation to launch. You will work with
and evaluate potential vendors.
In order to be considered for this opportunity candidates must
have a Bachelors degree in Food Science or related field and Chef Certification;
Master Degree in Food Science is preferred. 10+ years of experience in food
product development which includes at least 3 years of management
experience. Candidates must also have In-depth knowledge of food
product development and commercialization, including supplier manufacturing
